Because it is integrated, the information is easily accessible. The data required for the forms and presented in Concerto is automatically retrieved by means of new forms. These forms can be forwarded by fax or e-mail to the various designated recipients, allowing the information to be transmitted more quickly and improving the efficiency of both the communication process and patient management.

How often does the healthcare provider have to look for a file, only to find it is unavailable because another healthcare provider is using it? The medical record must be reserved and sent from the archives to the point of service in order to be consulted.
